Talk to Eye Surgeon on Phacolitec Glaucoma

My grandmother is diagnosed with phacolitec which may lead to surgery by a doctor but I want to know more about this disease so that I am able to understand it well. I want to ask that what conditions should I go for surgery as it being the best option, what kind of surgery is it and also can it be cured with medications without surgery. If surgery is the only option; then what is its cost in Pakistan? Is their any post surgery medications and also cost related it? Kindly, I want to know about it is as it will be an eye opening for me. I want to know about the cost though money is nothing as far as human health is concern. Regards. Ehtisham
