My question is for ENT specialists, my nose always remains blocked due to nasal bone issue. I want to ask that nasal surgery is possible in this age? I am 56

first make it sure from an ENT surgeon that nasal blockage is due to nasal bone and not due to polyp (gosht) or due to allergy.
once its established that its due to nasal bone then its a minor surgery.
