Can any doc pls guide me what should i do to reduce the puffy eyes though buhat zyada nahi hain lekin they are visible lekin still i want k yeh na hon. I do sleep for 8 hours but phir bhi they dont go away. No black or dark circles only puffyness.

Sir everything is 100% fine never been an issue with me except had jaundice which is treated now.

I havent consulted any physician. I got tests and my bilirubin was okay when i got it tested an year ago. And my LFT report was okay. A doctor in ali medical said you have gilbert syndrome And you're fine. Pls guide

it is also a condition of bilirubin in which the body does not properly remove bilirubin . it is a genetic disorder. you can check it out by genetic test.

Yes doc everything's normal even jab mujhy bilirubin ki prob thi tab bhi mere lft rfts reports sab theek theen sirf bilirubin zyada ata tha woh bhi ab sahi hai doc ne tab bhi kaha tha k ap theek han sab normal khaen piyen apko gilbert syndrome hai cz mujhy bachpan mein jaundice hua tha. Nahin ultra sound to nahi krwaya tha bus reports dekh kr kaha th k apko yeh syndrome hai, meri eyes yellow rehti hain kabhi kabhar beech mein lekin phir theek hojati hain. I thought k doctor said k syndrome hai to rahengi yellow. Ap kya suggest krti hain mujhy liver test krwana chahiye?

Drink plenty of water, eat vegetables more, avoid red meat and keep a healthy sleep pattern
and if you're very concerned about puffiness than cosmetic surgery is what I will suggest.. cause otherwise you have no medical condition.

since how long have you noticed this puffiness?
if you have no other conditions, I would suggest simple home remedies.
- Cut a slice of cucumber and place it on your eyes for 15 mins.
-Try cold compress on your eyes, ice cubes ko simple wash clothes my dal ky ankhon py lgaen
--Get your eyes checked anyways
Some issues could be resolved by just changing the lifestyle.
I would prefer you to cut salt from food to a minimum, minimize screen time. Eat nutritional food. Drink maximum water.
Don't use cell phone in dark.
