Sleep is of two different kinds: Normal sleep and REM sleep. During REM sleep we experience dreams which may be about what is happening in our lives and may be caused by stresses and anxieties. REM sleep is important for us because this helps us to relive some anxieties and possibly solve some recurring issues in our lives. When we can’t sleep and take sleeping pills they suppress REM sleep and next day we feel tired. Everybody has REM sleep but we often forget the dreams and think we had a dreamless sleep. If you feel tired in the morning you need to adjust your sleeping time and waking time and sleeping hours.
