Talk to Neuro - Brain on Memory Loss

Having this issue occasionally that after waking up from taking nap, I forget who I am, where I am, I don't recognize the home and even Don't know which planet I live in. The most terrifying thing I feel is I don't even recognize my daughter. This happens for some minutes and slowly I get back to reality. But this time I experienced something different, My memory didn't go fully, only memory of some years vanished and I felt like a 15 years old. I had all those things in mind which I had when I was that age. And I couldn't recognize my 7 years old daughter instead I thought she is my younger sister who was around my daughter's age when I was 15. I am terrified.. Please anyone let me know what is this problem and why am i having this? thank you
