could likely be just indigestion, but you will need chest x-ray and ECG done to rule out sinister causes of these symptoms

there are multiple causes behind this condition, you need to give detailed history and proper evaluation is needed. Anxiety, Gastric problem, respiratory system etc need to be ruled out.

Buy a penhaler or also called revolizer. Put a capsule of COMBIVAIR 400mg. in the penhaler and take as many puffs as you can. After a few minutes take a capsule of TIOVAIR and after putting it in the penhaler take as many puffs as you can. Keep on taking COMBIVAIR and TIOVAIR alternatively until your breathing gets back to normal. For weakness take a multivitamin and for chest pain take the painkiller medicine which suits you.
well dear it seems you have Acid peptic dusease .you should cut spicy and oily food for 2 weeks and Start Antacids like Tablet Lansoprazole 30mg before breakfast once daily and for Stomach emptying assistance use
Tablet Domperidone 10mg three times daily before meal.as well
Last meal before sleeping should be 4 hours difference .

The breathing problem can be nothing or can be something for a 24 years old male.
you need to see a doctor properly so that he could ruleout things for you.
History is incomplete as it may be asthma or something else. needs more elaboration
You should eat smaller portions and that too non spicy and healthy meals. You should give at least a gap of four hours between meal and bedtime.
U should raise ur head end to 45 degrees. And don't lie immediately after meals. Take cap eskem 40 mg once daily. And tab montika 10 mg once daily. Get a chest x ray PA view
This condition usually occurs due to obstruction of the airways. Lying down too soon after eating may also cause difficulty breathing. This may be due to regurgitating food up your esophagus. It may also be the pressure of the food in your stomach pressing down on your diaphragm..
Avoid lying down immediately after eating.
