Asking For Father, Male 84, gujar khan
Unable to grasp anything in hands, tonight he felt pain and was unable to even open a door, unable to grasp anything in hands, but gradually pain decreases and gets normal in due course of time. It happened 3rd time in last two weeks, got checked from - - - - - - - ultrasound is OK blood reports are OK. Doctors prescribed some medicines during intake he developed severe skin irritation, which after leaving the medicines is getting normal. Kindly guide is it a neuro issue?

Ma'am thanks for your time. Ma'am currently he is feeling both weakness & pain. Moreover I forgot to mention that this is on the right limbs so the doctors ruled out any cardiac issue. But I believe he could have cardiac issues as well.

be certain about any thing we need to do a detailed history 1) can the patient lift his hand over his head ? 2) any past medical history ?3) any cardiac history?

Is it just one hand? Any specific site if pain or is it generalised? Recent history of fall or trauma? Any associated pain in neck or arm? Patient needs neurology and rheumatology consultation in my opinion. Don’t take medicine that is causing allergic reaction!

Ma'am, الحمدللہ He has no diabetes, hypertension. Two days intake of medicines resulted in palms, hand backside and forehead skin got hard and itching. He is currently feeling weakness besides pain & swelling in right limbs.
