Asking for Father, Male, 75 years old, Khanewal
My father is patient of parkinsons and on bed since 1 year. Almost 20 days ago his tummy swelled and can't eat or drink anything and start vomiting dark brown thing 4 to 5 times also 2 times that thing was with his stool. His treatment started. But a strange thing appear (black color 1 inch sore) on his heel. It is not painful. Please guide me what is that thing how to treat it and which type of specialist should i consult.

Your fathers condition doesnot sound good , it seems like intestinal obstruction with a pressure sore on heels bcoz he is bedridden .... he needs immediate consultation with a surgeon ... take him to an ER at good hospital.
he does need expert opinion urgently. In case that is not available:
Pyodine dressing daily.
Put an air cushion below the affected part.
Start Cefspan cap 1 daily.
That is a pressure ulcer, it usually develops when the part of the body stays in place for a while, that is a dead tissue, it needs surgical debridement, ur father also has bowel/ intestinal obstruction. He sounds very sick, u need a general surgeon to look at ur father’s belly and the heal
