Asking for Self, Male, 22 years old, Karachi
I am 22 years old and have been training in Taekwondo (a Korean martial art) for about a month. We usually have kicks, stretching and stamina exercise. Occasionally, we also have conditioning (they kick/punch with moderate power). I had my conditioning yesterday's monday night. I did not had/have pain after the training. However, some kicks were below the belt (literally but not the groin) and they caused some pain during the training. This morning ( Tuesday), I noticed BLOOD IN STOOL. The blood was red and fresh and was not fixed with faeces ( kind of streaks). There is no previous history as such with me or my family. Secondly, I do recently had a mix of constipation and diarrhoea problems (Had them in past but there was no bleeding.

i dont think this is due to ur martial art. more likely there is some
problem in either in rectum or anus. may be anal fissure. u need
proctoscopy by surgeon atleast but before proctoscopy u should have blood
cbc and stool dr. u must check ur dietary habit.
