Assalamo alaikum. I am having in issue since last 10 days almost. I had severe vomits for 2 days. Was given drips plus injections. After 2.3 days my urine stopped for one day and i had belly pain. Got it treated was given kidney related medicine. This issue resolved but vomit remained there. Then urologist advised ivu and rft test. Rft was normal. Buf there was puj obstruction according to ivu. Now i am having ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day. Buf vomit issue is same. I am drinking very less water as vomit increases with water. Which doctor i should consult and what could be the reason for it ? Please reply as soon as possible
AOA. You could be having infection in kidneys and urine. Have you had CBC, Urine R/E and Ultrasound Kidneys done.??

Yes blood cp is normal just mild hypochromic anaemia. On first day of problem i had rbcs in blood. Didn't repeat the test till now. I've vomit issue and loss of appetite now. Drinking very less water as vomiting increases with liquid intake. Should i consult a gastroenterologist?

Sorry rbcs in urine. Wbc were 1-2. Nowadays i am taking ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day
