Salam sir .I am 25 year old male student .. sometimes i have left mild chest pain from 1 year not severe but once in a week i feel this pain .. I visit hospital and did my ECG .. Doctor said that it is sinus tacycardia and he did not prescribed me any medicine says that you are young and you do not need any medication .. kindly check my ECG which i have done twice this week and please comment on it ..I am worried about heared sinus
