Having severe pain of hemorrhoids from a week 2 days ago went to aku emergency they treat by tramadol injection and painkillers for home but from pain killer no relief in pain diltiazem not suits make it even worst and not any surgeon available in hosp plz guide wht to do to reduce pain heal it quickly
