Talk to Urologist on Gap

I think I have a gap in testicle..by gap I mean they are not of same size like one hanging up one down but both are in scrotum..so I m worried fpr future life kids and all that will it create a trouble I can't visit doctor physally so thought to ask here ..does this happens that one tesicle is up and one down in scrotum
