Talk to Urologist on Semen Analysis

It is about 2.5 years that we are married but we dont have any child, our first baby was aborted after 45 days of pregnancy but my wife did not conceive again. We went to many gynecologists but no positive result. I did semen analysis many times attached are some of them. I dont know what to do .
