Urgent surgery required to remove testis to stop the Progression of cancer
he needs Combined androgen blockade to avoid any complications like backbone fracture and spinal cord injury.. urgent removal of testes and continuation of biclutamide is necessary
Unfortunately he has metastatic Prostate cancer. However the treatment option adopted which you say is injection lucrin and biclatumide seems to working as his psa has declined.
He would need assessment for other medical problems as a reason for deteriorating health. Possibly some metabolic problems I would suggest you visit a good physician for assessment. You would also require a serial psa monitoring for his management. Also you should aim to build him up nutritionaly and also start him on zometa to prevent fractures
