My age is 20. For some time i have had a rash type redness in the skin next to my testicles. I was advised by someone to apply betnovate cream on it. After applying it almost disappears after 2 3 days. But then reappears within few days. I tried searching online and the symptoms appeared similar to jock itch. Kindly help me out. Severe itching and sometimes burning when it gets really red

Does it hurt like pain? Is It only rash or pimple too

Only rash. It burns for a day when it becomes fully red. After that i apply oil or betnovate and it starts to disappear
