Few years back I took some herbal supplement and it caused unwanted contractions in my pelvic area. These contractions continued happening and eventually resulted in severe pain in my pelvic area. I could not pass urine or sit on chair. The pain went away after some medication but since then problem of urine dribbling and weak errections have started. With time premature ejaculation came and its worse now .. I get erection sometimes while lying on bed but it goes away immidiately as I stand on my feet. I am really worried. I donot know if my problem is physchological or physical. I took 1 dose of anti depressant, it improved my PE problem but I am relucatnt to use it withour doctors advice. I will be grateful if someone here can guide me.
