Sir i have this problem for last 2 months,,,,, l have testical enlargement (testies latak gaye hain) aur left testicle men pain b ha,,,,, naaf k bilkal neechay left side pe b pain hota ha,,,,, this has also affected my errection,,,,, infact ab errection bilkal b ni hoti,,,,,, plz guide me about this problem
