Dr. diagnosed me with eye dryness and photosensitivity issues and prescribed eye ointments and drops. My job demands a lot of usage of the laptop so can't stop that. Can I use some polarized sunglasses while using laptop? or any other sort of glasses that would help me to continue my work without this pain?
You can use double coated antiglare glasses but that's not a permanent solution. You should get yourself reassessed by an ophthalmogist to check the severity of your dy eyes and then prescribe medications and also change in working habit.

Use artificial tear eye drops esp when using the laptop. Glasses will not improve the dryness
