Dr. diagnosed me with eye dryness and photosensitivity issues and prescribed eye ointments and drops. My job demands a lot of usage of the laptop so can't stop that. Can I use some polarized sunglasses while using laptop? or any other sort of glasses that would help me to continue my work without this pain?
You can use double coated antiglare glasses but that's not a permanent solution. You should get yourself reassessed by an ophthalmogist to check the severity of your dy eyes and then prescribe medications and also change in working habit.

Get antiglare screen for lap top
Reduce brightness on screen and use artificial tears half hourly
Avoid computer use in dark room

I got prescribtion from dr that includes few eye drops and ointment as well. I have minimized my laptop usage the max I could do. but when I am in class there is a lot of light that causes the headache so for that, I need to know can I use polarized sunglasses or the glasses which gamers used having blue tinch at lense? which one of them will be suitable?

Use artificial tear eye drops esp when using the laptop. Glasses will not improve the dryness

Yes you can use those glasses known as anti glare uv coated glasses

there are different types of coatings on lene things, what would be the specifications for such lense? opticians have a variety of lenses.
