I'm 38 yrs old and was Diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis at the age of 27 because of excessive use of STEROIDS during meningitis. I had done with Bone Graffting (decompression) in both Hip Joints. Unfortunately, I had to go for Total Hip Replacement of my left joint. Now after almost 10 yrs, I am having pain in my Right Joint, it is not bearing my weight now. And when I walk my walk is not balanced. Having severe pain while walking and even a slight movement creates pain, that goes towards my knee. My X rays is attached. Need suggestions and recommendation.

Hello , Your rt hip also is not good condition. X-ray shows advanced degenerative changes , it also need total joint replacement . Try these medicine for 1 week . total hip replacement is best solution. don't delay too much. you already getting cystic bone changes in acetabulum as well. it's not good

you need un cemented hip replacement. the changes are Ficat4. nothing else will work
