24 February i was playing Volley Ball during match i have got ACL injury. I am working in KSA now just got medical leave for surgery i want to get surgery at 23 of September please guide me i have all my medical history about it....

Thank you for the query. ACL Injury causes significant change in knee biomechanics. If your are having an unstable knee that interferes with your daily activities, then you will require surgery. I perform Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction ,with the endobutton ane bioscrews and I enhance the strength with my biological techniques post surgery to enable you for a quick rehabilitation process.
