there is severe pain in my lower back, in legs and some time in whole body . my platelets count is 96 thousand. What should I do to increase platelets. any gel for back pain ?? why this happen ?

You have to investigate first for low platelets count... ask same from any hematologist...for back pain clinical assessment required prior further investigation
