Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Backache, Left Sciatica

Dear Sir, I have pain from last 5 years in my left hip,Upper side of thigh, upper side of knee and little bit in leg. I feel 90% pain is in left side of these parts & 10% pain in only right side knee. In winter i don,t feel pain, but very little, where as it starts in summer from April to November. I can,t set on chair,but to relax if i lay down. I have eat medicines provided by doctor, like diclofenic sodium, pregablin etc, but not working. there is no option to upload my MRI report, however, i want to write conclusion below.

MRI from CMH. Impression:-Circumferential disc bulge coupled with ligamenta flava hypertrophy at LV4-5 1V level causing thecal sac indentation, narrowing of left lateral recesses with impingement of left existing L4 Nerve. please if some one tell me that is this curable without operation, like any excercise or some thing else. Allah help us all.
