Actually when i was free after finishing my 10th grade I started gym and while doing gym i got a little bit lower back issue from there,but I ignored and back to normal but time to time that pain becomes so hard i even also don’t care to much about it and feel relax,i also did a heavy weight lifting job loading and unloading trucks but now im in a serious condition i cant endure that pain. I visited neurosurgeon physiotherapist aswell but still im not out of my pain im attaching my MRI REPORT in file kindly tell me any solution for it really appreciate thanks

i think MRI hasnt been attached, at this early age such symptoms may be due to spine issues, can be disc bulge or spondylolisthesis that can be very disabling and disturbing .If you can visit us you are welcome

There are age related changes in your spine. If u can share MRI films then can guide you better

u need pain relief medications and specific exercise for this issue

There are disc bulges at multiple level. At this age we first try physiotheraphy and pain medication. But u have weakness in lower limbs or any loss of sensation or loss of control of Bowl or bladder then surgery. Physical examination is necessary for best opinion.

your l5-s1 is messed up with l5 rotation and severe hypolordosis. physical therapy or meds will not help, not even in 100 years. we treat this everyday as we do in USA. let us know if you want our treatment
