I have pain in my right shoulder from the last 6 months. Some say its cervical pain and others say its frozen shoulder. I have eaten medicines for painkiller but no improvement and the pain is worst at night I have hypothryodism as well. Moreover, the shoulder is very stiff yesterday i felt like something was moving inside. Please recommend me which xray should i do.

if u want to do an X-ray then Go for
X-ray Ap/Lateral view of Cervical spine (not shoulder).
you should also mention what is the duration of pain,time of worst pain
which activity increases ur pain?
what is ur job nature?
what are the medicine u r taking at times?
do u have pain in shoulder or radiate downward?
you must consult with physiotherapist
