Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on ACL Surgery Arthoscopy

What's the average cost of arhtoscopy surgery to reconstruct or replace torn ACL. My mother got a knee injury 4 months back. Still she can't put her full weight on leg and she walks with the support stick. Recently, MRI test has been done and report says ACL is completely torn. Please recommend a good doctor for this.
