Asking for Brother, Male, 24 years old, Islamabad
Lower back pain since over a month. Have taken medicines such as Brufen, and applied gel Fastum to it. Have done stretching, physiotherapy (laser), and rested. No result. MRI came out fine. But pain hasn't subsided. What's the most effective treatment for this?
get physiotherapy with interferential currents.
Post xray and MRI. You may need clinical evaluation as well. Intra articular injection is an option also but need to be examined.
