1 was discomverd glocuma in omt in both eyes in lefy eyè it is 60 percent damaged when i discover in feb noe doctors are giving mi travitan eye drops and cosft eye drop fristly one and afrer 2 months cosoft also my eye ball presure reman in last six months arrond 17 t020 in both eyes i have againt omt which shows glocuma has increased un left eye and it is in third stage doctor has viven mi one more eye drop alfagin Noe i am useinging travitan one at 6 pm cosoft 2 times a day and alfagin 3 times aday are these will stop mu damage or i may go for another solution as suggested by ur good self
Well you must be in touch with your doctor. You must go for further investigations, OCT and VF if not done before to evaluate the damage
Glaucoma is a progressive disease the most important thing is to control intraocular pressure which in your case should ideally be less than 15 mm hg if it's controlled with 3 medications and progression is stoped and confirmed by investigation like Visual fields you can continue with drops as the other option is surgery which in your case is a bit risky So continue to monitor your eye pressure from your eye spec which is most important in your case
You should have the OCT of the Discs and the field testified both the eyes.if your eye pressure is around 16 to 18 continue with the drops and regret theses tests after three months .If there is no deterioration continue drops.If there is deterioration Then the doctor will consider surgery.THE tests are available at Alain eye institute 042-32591427, &042-32591427,

Glaucoma is uncontrolled can cause irreversible visual damage. Right now you are using maximum medical treatment. Now is the time to decide whether to continue medical treatment or go for surgical option.
Kindly tell me your intra ocular pressures twice weekly for 1 month then we can decide future treatment choice.

Aoa. Kindly check your eye pressure again after 1 week. If it's below 18 then it's fine. You should also get your corneal thickness checked. This test is called pachmetry it's usefull in deciding future treatment. OCT of the nerve fibre layer and optic nerve head will be useful after 1 month.
If things areally all normal after 1 month you should carry on same treatment. Travatan cosopt and alphagan is very good combination against glaucoma eye disease.
If pressure is persistently high despite all this treatment then you should ask your doctor to do trabeculectomy.

I am thankfull to ur good self repling my quries sir i have recently have oct vf and thickness test which intimated me more damage than dec 2016 it was bad on mi that i get all the test after 6 mpnths will u kindly give me ur email enabling me to send all test to ur good self through pdf no doubt i will come to pindi after eid having a expert openion to safe further my root feath
