Initially i was feeling Buttock pain with numbness and needles in left thigh. I was advised MRI...which indicated L5 nerve root compression.
Feel continous pain in left buttock.knee and ankle.please help
Avoid bending forward and weight lifting. You need a brief period of bed rest. Initially analgesics and anti inflammatory medicine can help. However persistent pain, progressive increase in numbness or other neurological sypmtoms like loss of urinary sensation warrants immediate consultation.
