Talk to Ent Specialist on Blocked Ear

I feel that my ear is blocked/closed most of the time in a day. Have used cotton bud as well but no wax. Whenever I feel that my one ear is closed I get a strange feeling, there's headache too then and sinking/closed feeling overall. No sore throat or flu.
