You're baby is very small and if the fever is above 100 please take the child to a Pediatrician. Such babies can't be treated online as the cause of fever needs to be ascertained. Also you haven't mentioned HOW MUCH fever or is it that the baby is feeling warm and you have not checked it? Again Panadol is enough if the fever is below 100 but any fever in children less than 6 months of age needs to be assessed by a Pediatrician
