salam dr mera baita 5 year 4 months ka ha woh pale lagraha tha to dr nay iron ka test karaya or iron ke kafi deficiency the to esko iron syrup suggest keya for 4 months. for months esko deya but jaisay e woh finish hoa yah aik dam bulky lagna shuru hogaya ha pehly b eski sehat bhter hoti ha but face say pata chalta ha but mujy to yah body ka phoolna lagraha ha qk kabhi aisa hoa ni mera question yah ha k kia iron medicine k bad aisay possible ha? with time set hojaey ga? ya dr ko consult karna chaheay?

Sometimes with y h iron therapy hunger increases and weight gain improves. But it is not sudden. It is better to consult paediatrician once again to rule out other possible causes.
