Asking for Other, Female, 95 years old, Tehsil Pindigheb Attock

My daughter 3.5 months old with 4 kg weight., after 1 week of birth,felt some breathing difficulty with sounds when breath went inside with vomiting after feeding and have feeding difficulty to feed properly. once she choked for 10 to 15 minutes and we took her to rawalpindi Dr. Rai Muhamamd Asghar at saidpur road. firstly they diagnosed nuemonia and they did all test blood reports,ultrasound for chest and abdomen,x-ray of chest,Ct scan for brain but all were normal. he admitted us in Holy family due to his permanent job in holy family hospital and there dr. Shoukat diagnosed her lyrangomalacia. i am agreed as per research what i see symptoms . Now i am looking for what is proper treatment for her and from where we can get it. Need Your consultation in this regard. Thanks

She should be seen by an ENT specialist.
Dr. Arif Tarar is probably the only Pediatric ENT specialist in Lahore.
He practices at Punjab Medical Center , Jail Road, Lahore.
Your daughter might need endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis.

Laryngomalacia is relatively benign in majority of cases and improves by 2 years of age without any intervention.

Gastric acid Reflux can make it worse, start her on Syrup Omeprazole 5 mg once daily.

Although laryngomalacia is usually diagnosed on clinical grounds, I think it would be helpful to see an experienced ENT specialist who might consider a test called Laryngoscopy to visualise the larynx and the upper airway.
