Assalamu alaykum. My son age 6 has severe diarrhea. Totally watery. Tonight at 4 am he had loose motions. Now at 730 am he again had loose motions. Kindly advise if banana with enflor sachet is enough or other medicines also needed. Day before yesterday gave him olive oil and fig. He takes too many nuggets
1- soft diet , start ORS, yes Enflor sachet 12hrly u can give. Watery diarrhea most of time it’s viral so need to rehydrate. It will improve automatically
