hello there, it depends how healthy your baby is? full term born? any birth complications? is the baby well , gaining weight well, feeding well? and what is the reason you want use honey in the milk?

No he is a pre mature baby born at 33 weeks.Masha Allah he is feeding well but looks weak thats why i want to give him honey to gain weight
Honey is not recommended under 1 year of age
Dnt give honey before 1 yr
