Asking for Mother, Female, 45 years old, Sahiwal

Aoa. My mother is having vertigo issue from last 3 days, whenever she lays for sleep or change the side, she feels like the floor is spinning, whenever she bends forward she feels the same. Last year she had same problem but it was solved but now same issue. Can you please tell me why she is facing this issue? and what are the possible cures for this? Thanks. PS: She is diabetes patient from last year, taking sugar tablet daily+ some antidepression medicines.

Most probably she's suffering from Bppv.. very curable and without medication .. but requires few manuevers .. if in Lahore I can perform these .. otherwise see a nearby ent doctor..
if not BPPV still she requires ent examination n management accordingly ..

From the history your mother seems to be suffering from Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo.... but this diagnosis needs to be confirmed by certain manoeuvre.... and if confirmed can be corrected likewise.
Consult some ENT surgeon for proper examination and management.
