Asking for Self, Male, 25 years old, Lahore, Pakistan

Salam Doc,

I am suffering from this issue from past 3 to 4 months. Sinus(resha) is family inherited issue to me but it was never so much frustrating and disturbing before. Now a days i am suffering alot. i suffered from following symptoms: 1- Weight on eyes (while driving, focusing far away, sitting in room with no air) 2- While laughing alot, chewing food, sometimes my gums and jaw seems tiring. 3- Pressure in head while playing football. 4- Weight on eyes and pressure on head while doing weightlifting. 5- Neck feels full of resha(sinus) which may be causing blockage sometimes.

even though i went for eye test, its fine. this all happening due to Keera resha in throat.

Please recommend me something so i can get rid of this.

Thank you.

Chronic sinusitis. Chronic sinusitis can be caused by an infection, growths in the sinuses (nasal polyps) or by a deviated septum. Signs and symptoms may include nasal obstruction or congestion that causes difficulty breathing through your nose, and pain and swelling around your eyes, cheeks, nose or forehead.
Sinusitis can be classified as acute, meaning symptoms last less than four weeks; subacute, meaning symptoms last for four to 12 weeks; chronic, in which symptoms persist longer than 12 weeks; and recurrent acute sinusitis, in which there are four or more episodes per year.

Sinus congestion and the common cold, unfortunately, go hand in hand. Acute sinusitis frequently is caused by the common cold, but also can be caused by allergies and bacterial and fungal infections. ... About 70 percent of sinus infections go away within two weeks without antibiotics.
Saline nasal irrigation, with nasal sprays or solutions, reduces drainage and rinses away irritants and allergies.
Nasal corticosteroids. ...
Oral or injected corticosteroids. ...
Aspirin desensitization treatment, if you have reactions to aspirin that cause sinusitis

I think you have sinusitis. First of all you need to get x-ray paranasal
sinuses(waters view) . You need steam inhalation, nasal spray,
antihistamines, and a course of suitable antibiotics. But if you consult
ENT specialist it is better.
