Talk to Pediatrician on Food Intolerance

my son is about 4 months old. i want to know that which foods are intolerant or indigestible for breastfeed babies? do mangoes and mango shake can cause food allergy or indigestion to babies? it seems to me that whenever i take mango shake he do frequent poops along with abdominal cramps and now spits milk sometimes. i just want to know the reason so i can take care. i am giving him colic drops recommended by one of marham dr. he was alright than but from two days he is showing same symptoms. kindly answer my query. thankyou.
