Hi, my daughter is 4 and half, on 12th September she had an accident with a bike, had injury on head ( swelled a lot) and foot and scratched on other body parts. till then while sleeping she grinds her teeth so badly that i feel they will get broken. Please suggest some dr
She must be upset after the incident. Give her time to feel relaxed or consult some child psychologist. In adults , we recommend night guards but at the age of 4 it looks difficult for the patient to wear before sleeping. Regards
Please visit us or any paediatric dentist close to you for a check up of your child. Though you don’t have to over worry about it. It’s nothing serious . For the mean time remind the child not to grind . During the day avoid all kinds of screen time . Physical activities , health diet .And good peaceful environment at home might help
Kindly visit a Peds dentist just to eliminate any injury of her jaws that remained undiagnosed. secondly she just had a trauma she might be in stress, third grinding in milk teeth is mostly because as teeth are erupting they have no proper contacts established its perfectly normal but best is ti have a visit to your dentist.
Kindly visit the clinic with the reports for consultation.

get her assessed by a dental surgeon.
Teeth grinding is mostly due to stress. She needs to relax. Get her checked by a psychologist. Counselling may help.
