Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you practice good oral hygiene, brush your teeth twice daily to remove debris, replace your brush after every 2 to 3 months, use floss, rinse with an antibacterial mouthwash, see your dentist atleast twice a tea, quit smoking if you do, drink lots of water, chewing gums preferably infections also cause bad breath so visit your doctor if you are having any so.

bad breath has two main causes, dirty teeth and gums or some stomach problem.
visit a dentist, do your scaling done by the dentist and then brush regularly as advice by the dentist. the bad breath will go within few days. if you have stomach problem, then visit a physician along with the dentist.

There are many reasons for bad breath. Sometime it's not related to mouth. It need to be look clinically and then advice you accordingly.
scaling is must .
flossing and
brushing and if have tooth cavities u have to fil that too .
