My wife has a lump of skin at the end of molar teeth which always in teeth while chewing. Can you please look at the picture and advise what is this and who will treat this,? ENT or Dentist?

dentist. this is pericoronitis. looks like the gum is covering the wisdom tooth. can be managed with mouthwash use temporarily and soft diet along with pain killers. visit for a definitive treatment plan and diagnosis.
get a proper checkup from dental surgeon.

her wisodm tooth is impacted with a gum flap over it. wisdom tooth needs extraction. kindly consult a dental surgeon.

the tissue on posterior of tooth has overgrown,it's pericoronitis & cheek Notting as well ,warm salt water rinse 6-7 time daily,apply olive oil,consult dentist immediately

Thanks for asking me about my point of view, it is seemingly related to wisdom tooth.
It is for a dentist to treat. For further
treatment you can reach out to me as well since I am a practicing Dentist. Meanwhile, warm saline gargles and antibiotics with pain killers pills can be used.
In most of the cases it occurs when a wisdom tooth is impacted so it’s not a big deal just take some pain killer and antibiotics if she’s in pain otherwise take her to near by dentist he will suggest you to extract
this could be due to any infection in her 3rd molar i would suggest plz visit any nearby dentist.. but this is nothing to be worried about

1)removal of gum tissue through electocautry
2)scaling and debridement /lenght shortening of opposing tooth
3)removal of the last tooth

Definitely dentist will treat this. It’s her wisdom tooth erupting which is causing swelling of gums. Get an OPG x ray and consult with nearby dentist.
Asa, it is actually a part of her gum covering the back side of her wisdom tooth. since the tooth hasn't erupted completely, every time she chews this gum get minced between her upper wisdom tooth and the bottom one.
medications usually don't work in this case. better to visit a dentist who is either going to remove the gum covering the tooth or would advise extraction of wisdom tooth after thorough clinical and radiographic examination.
