I am afraid not going for operation but the stone is getting larger and bigger still has no any sort of serious problem but want to some suggestions about it, I think it size is 14 cm.
single stone more than 1 cm needs surgery
it's not the size of stone that matters its actually the number of stones that matters the most in this disease. if it is not causing any symptoms then you can delay the surgery.
if u have symptoms of pain and flatulance then surgery is the best option

congratulations it's not a stone now. it is technically a new bone.
