After 15 days of my menstrual cycle I felt a pain in the abdominal area on the lower right side(probably right ovary). It remained for a day. After that I experienced soreness in breasts too. Although I breastfeed my 2nd one but never felt soreness in there. It subsided in 2 days. I'm expecting my next cycle to begin in a week and from today I'm experiencing slight headache and lightly nauseated. Can it be other than pregnancy?

- Dear it's better to have one serum beta hcg ( blood pregnancy test ) to check Pregnancy status .
- Sore breast ,lower abdominal pain could occur before periods but one sided pain need to exclude .
- haemohrragic ovarian Cyst
- immediately report Gynae Emergency in case of one sided lower abdominal pain ,spotting and positive pregnancy test .
- Follow with beta hcg report .
