Hi, My wife is facing problem of anal fissure since a year after deliver a baby girl. she has taken many medicines like tronolane, lignocaine, GTN etc. she has also taken heavy fiber diet. i consulted with many surgeons but nothing.... i am not satisfied with medication. please reply
