-Dear it woud be better if u would send me detailed menstrual history (last menstrual periods date , regularity, scans, Antenatal history, medical and drug history previous obs history etc).
-u need to have discussion on proper history, Examination, scans previous and recent to check any descripency of dates or small for gestational age fetus.
-if any medical issue Is there that also need to be sorted out.
-so send me All detailed but still Examination also u eed to gave in the end to conclude.
-have balanced diet, light walk.
-complete treatment of any health issue like high blood pressure, diabetes etc need to be sorted Out. As due to high BP poor placentatio can cause Iugr. Small for gestational age if there is then descripency between scan dates and last menstrual periods dates need to be sorted out.
