c ur uterus is about to reach the lower edge of ur belly button...so naturally u ll feel the movements there...

-Dear it would be better if u woukd send me Some more details regarding your issue.
-in late 2nd trimester movements of fetus can be observed gradually differ person to person.As baby development is in early phase still not advanced so it could be felt at lower belly.
-make sure that there is not spotting, bleeding, lower abdominal pain, labour like pain as all are symmptoms of threatened Miscarriage.if any symptoms lke this present better to discuss with your treating obstetrician.
-have fefal daily. Regular Antenatal visits and scans.
