Talk to Gynecologist on Bicarnuate Uterus.and Misscarage

Assalamualaikum honorable doctors Its our 10th week pregnancy, before one month we visited gynecologist ,after ultrasound result it was twin pregnancy, today we visited again .during ultrasound its shown that one baby is dead in twin pregnancy, im already a bicarbonate uterus patient. I have attached ultrasound report . is it the reason of bicarbonate uterus ? One baby is dead ,but we don't have the symptoms like bleeding etc. Pls doctor guide us what will we do ,please through a light on my ultrasound report .is another baby safe ? Or Alive ? And whats problem in ultrasound? Pls help
