hello I have a 2 years old son via c-section after 1 year I put iud. now I want to remove the iud ( forcing to have a kid I'm not ready for it) if I remove the iud and get on pills will the doctor will know that I'm on pills or not ??

it's just that I'm planning to remove the iud and want to take birth control by not knowing to anyone there is no history and everything is normal
