Talk to Gynecologist on Bleeding

Salam. My Lmp was 29th Apr thn 15th May. Right now I am facing again bleeding 2nd June. In the evening feel fever since Sunday. My stomach is also upset. Very bad taste of my mouth. Feeling neusea. Is it period blood?
